PD-1/PD-Ls对自身免疫病及慢性感染的影响及对OLP研究的启示 被引量:1

摘要 PD-1及其配体属于B7:CD28免疫球蛋白超家族,是最近发现的向T细胞激活传导抑制信号的共刺激分子,在诱导、维持外周耐受,阻止自身免疫性疾病发生发展中发挥重要作用。同时,细菌、病毒、寄生虫等病原微生物及肿瘤细胞亦可利用这一负性信号传导途径引起T细胞功能障碍,从而导致机体慢性持续性感染及肿瘤逃逸。PD-1及其配体作为关键的共抑制分子,显示了其在免疫治疗调控中作为潜在治疗靶点的临床应用前景。
