输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效观察

Treatment of upper ureteral calculi with spiral stone dislodger combined with holm ium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy

目的:探讨输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效及其安全性。方法:2005年11月～2007年4月应用输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗126例输尿管上段结石。结果:115例手术成功,未见严重的并发症。结论:输尿管镜下套石网篮配合钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效明确、安全。

Objective：To evaluate the safety and efficiency of the treatment of upper ureteral calculi with spiral stone dislodger combined with holm ium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy. Methods： 126 patients suffered from upper ureteral calculi were treated by spiral stone dislodger combined with holm ium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy between November 2005 and April 2007. Results： 115 operations were performed successfully. No severe complications were observed. Conclusions：Treatment of upper ureteral calculi with spiral stone dislodger combined with holm ium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy are effective and safe.
