摘要
以Cu、Ti、B_4C合金粉末为原料,分别用粉末冶金法和电弧炉熔炼法制备TiB_2/Cu复合材料,研究了制备工艺、配料比等因素对Cu基中生成相的影响。结果表明:随TiB_2理论生成量增加,粉末冶金法烧结后得到含多种不同的硼化物的铜基复合材料;电弧炉熔炼法则可得到单一的TiB_2增强Cu基复合材料,且致密度、硬度和电导率均高于粉末冶金法制得的试样。
Taking Cu, Ti, B4C mixed alloy powders as raw material, TiB2/Cu composite was prepared by powder metallurgy and electric arc melting. The effects of preparing process, ingredient ratio on the products in Cu matrix were studied. The results show that: with the increase of TiB2 in theory, several kinds of borides in Cu matrix can be got by powder metallurgy, while the single-phase TiB2 in Cu matrix can be got by electric arc melting. The density, hardness and conductivity of the materials prepared by electric arc melting are higher than those by powder metallurgy.
