摘要
运用SEM、TEM、EDX及析出物定量分析等方法,通过实验室模拟退火工艺,研究了分别在750、770、790和810℃退火时微合金元素的析出情况。结果表明,750℃退火的钢板析出不够充分,1~5nm和18~36nm的析出颗粒所占比例较高,组织再结晶不够充分;而退火温度升高到810℃后,钢板析出颗粒分布在10~18nm和18~36nm的所占比例较高,组织再结晶可以充分完成。
Using SEM, TEM, EDX and quantitative analysis of precipitates, the precipitation of microalloying elements in Ti-IF steel at different annealing temperature (750,770,790 and 810℃) was investigated respectively. The results show that the microallying elements can not sufficient recrystallization and precipitation in sample annealed at 750℃, and the size of precipitates with 1-5 nm and 18-36 nm has higher proportion. While the microallying elements can sufficient recrystallization and precipitation in sample annealed at 810℃, and the precipitates with 10-18 nm and 18-36nm is much more.
