摘要
采用热氧化法研究了偶联剂种类和用量对粘结NdFeB磁体的抗氧化性及磁性能的影响。结果表明:在用量相同的情况下,经钛酸酯偶联剂改性的磁粉制备的粘结磁体的抗氧化性及磁性能优于经硅烷偶联剂改性的磁粉制备的粘接磁体。
The influences of kind and quantity of coupling agents on anti-oxidation peoperty and magnetic property of bonded NdFeB magnet were studied by thermo-oxidation. The results show that the anti-oxidation property and magnetic property of bonded NdFeB magnet by titanate coupling agent are better than those by silane coupling agent under the same condition.
