Analysis on Early Failure of Large Conical Gear for Tractor Rear Axle

对齿轮断口的宏观形貌、显微组织及硬度等进行检验和分析。结果表明,齿根处没有进行硬化处理造成齿根处抗疲劳能力不足,是导致齿轮早期失效的主要原因。

A series of comprehensive analyses on macrostructure, microstructure and hardness of the failure gear were carried out. The results show that the dedendum which has no hardening treatment makes the fatigue resistance deficiency. It leads to the early failure of the gear.
