摘要
结合锆基催化剂在乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯合成反应中的催化特性,利用程序升温脱附(TPD)和程序升温表面反应(TPSR)作为动态分析手段,对该反应机理进行了系统的研究.结果表明.吸附在催化剂上的乙二醇单乙醚和液相中的醋酸经液-固相反应生成产物酯,且由此机理导出的反应动力学方程与根据实验数据计算得到的反应动力学方程是一致的.
According to the catalytical characteristic of synthetization of 2-ethoxycthylacetate with zirconium base catalyst, the esterification mechanism has been systematicallyinvestigated by temperature programmed desorption (TPD) and temperature programmedsurface reaction (TPSR). The results demonstrate that the path of esterification is the reacreachon between 2-ethoxyethanol absorbed on the surface or catalyst and acetic acid in the liquid phase, and the kinetic equation deduced from this mechanism is identical to that calculated from the experimental data.
