摘要
目的:了解非功能性甲状旁腺囊肿的临床及病理特点,探讨其诊治方法。方法:回顾性研究6例非功能性甲状旁腺囊肿患者的临床资料及血钙、B超、CT和核素扫描等辅助检查结果,以及病理学和免疫组织化学特征。结果:6例患者均行手术切除治疗,病理学检查证实均为非功能性甲状旁腺囊肿,免疫组织化学检查结果支持该诊断。术后随访均无复发。结论:手术切除对非功能性甲状旁腺囊肿的治疗较为理想,而病理学检查是最可靠的诊断方法。
Objective：To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of nonfunctioning parathyroid cysts. Method：Six cases of nonfunctioning parathyroid cysts who were hospitalized during 1997--2007 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical features, serum calcium, B-ultrasonic, CT and nuclide scanning were performed. Postoperative pathologic and immunhistochemistry detection in nonfunctioning parathyroid cysts were made. Re- suit：Tumors in the 6 cases were underwent surgical ablation and diagnosis was verified by pathology. CgA （chro- mogranin A）, Syn （synaptophysin）, NSE （andneuronspecific enolase） expressions were positive. Follow up six months and five years after operation , there is no recurrence. Conclusion： Surgical resection is most effective in treating nonfunctioning parathyroid cysts and diagnosis is made by pathologic examination.
