大鼠脑出血后铁超载与二价金属转运体1表达变化的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察大鼠脑出血后铁超载状态下二价金属转运体1(DMT1)mRNA的动态表达,探讨铁超载时DMT1的可能作用机制。方法采用大鼠缓慢注射自体血脑出血模型,Perl法观察不同组别的铁沉积,RT-PCR方法测定DMT1 mRNA表达。结果脑出血模型各组较同期假手术对照组铁沉积显著增多,且以第7天最多;脑出血第3、7、14天组较同期手术对照组DMT1 mRNA表达显著增高,且以第3~7天表达最高;铁沉积与DMT1 mRNA表达呈显著正相关。结论脑出血后铁超载可诱导DMT1的表达;DMT1可能参与脑出血后的铁转运过程。
