腺苷对大鼠颅脑损伤后能量代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 腺苷对于创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)后能量代谢的影响国内未见报道。Bentzer等对液压致伤大鼠伤侧和对侧脑组织伤后24—48h能量代谢变化进行研究,发现致伤对侧脑组织在伤后24~48h无明显能量代谢变化。但是临床上经常发现创伤对侧脑组织有对冲伤,理论上此位置应该存在能量代谢的改变,似与上述实验结果不符,所以有必要对受伤对侧脑组织的能量代谢变化进行研究。笔者使用微透析技术,通过观察致伤大鼠伤后5h内致伤对侧海马区脑组织细胞外液(ECF)中葡萄糖(Glu)、乳酸(Lac)、丙酮酸(Pyru)、甘油(Gly)的变化以及外源性腺苷、2-氯腺苷和腺苷激酶抑制剂(Abt-702)对其的影响,探讨腺苷对TBI后能量代谢的作用。
