骨形态发生蛋白2活性多肽/重组胶原矿化骨复合材料修复大鼠颅骨缺损

摘要 胶原矿化骨是一种对天然骨进行结构仿生的骨修复材料,具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性、骨传导性,但是缺乏良好的骨诱导性。为改善其骨诱导性,笔者以骨形态发生蛋白2(bone morphogenetic protein 2,BMP2)的核心功能区为模板,设计合成含24个氨基酸的具有骨诱导活性的多肽,将其与重组胶原矿化骨复合,构建新型仿生骨修复材料,植入大鼠颅骨缺损处,评价其修复骨缺损的能力,为下一步临床应用提供实验依据。
