摘要
由聚乙烯材料磨损引起的骨溶解是膝关节二次翻修的重要原因之一，其最早的报道是在1992年。此后关于骨溶解的报道不断出现，引起了众多学者们的关注。目前，如何降低骨溶解的发生率已经成为研究的热点。笔者对膝关节置换后骨溶解的研究进展加以综述。
