摘要
FXR作为一种胆汁酸激活的核受体,通过调控一系列基因的表达,在胆汁酸代谢、脂代谢、糖代谢、肝脏保护、肠道细菌的生长和动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。因此,FXR有望作为治疗胆汁淤积、高甘油三酯血症、2型糖尿病等的药物靶点。
The Farnesoid X Receptor (FXR), activated by bile acid, acts as a multifunctional nuclear receptor and plays vital roles in metabolism of bile acid, lipid and glucose, protection of liver (hepatoprotection), control of intestinal bacterial growth, and pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. Hence, the involvement of FXR in metabolic signaling makes it particularly attractive target for therapeutic intervention of human cholestasis, hypertriglyceridemia and type-2 diabetes.
