摘要
本文以T连锁餐饮企业旗下的3家分店为个案研究对象,从社会网络分析理论角度探讨社会网络结构对团队绩效的影响。文中采用社会网络结构中的两个重要指标:网络密度与群体中心性,探讨了3家分店的网络结构及其网络密度与群体中心性对团队主观绩效的影响。
This paper is a case study of T chain-restaurant, which explores the effect of social network structure on group performance based on social network perspective. The purpose of this paper is to illuminate the network structure of three branches of T chain-restaurant, and to explore the effect of network density and group centrality on subjective group performance.
