摘要
在他人对企业隐性知识构成的零星研究基础上,结合巴尼标准和识别简单化、分类系统化两大原则,将企业内所有隐性知识简括为个体技能、组织知识、管理系统三大构成维度,并比较了它们在企业中的重要性,分析了它们在企业知识创新中的运行机理,为企业挖掘、管理隐性知识提供一个清晰的框架。
Based on others' research scatterly on tacit knowledge inside enterprises , according to barney' s standard and the two principles discerned simply and classified systematicaly, the paper discusses that enterprises' tacit knowledge consists of three dimensions: individual skill, organizing knowledge and administrative system, compares the importance of tacit knowledge and analyses its operation mechanism on knowledge innovation inside enterprises, in order to offer a clear guidance frame for excavating and managing tacit knowledge in enterprises.
