剑杆织机织物停机档外观的灰色关联分析

APPLYING GREY RELATIONSHIP TO ANALYSING THE WEFT BARS OF SILK FABRIC ON RAPIER LOOM

挠性剑杆织机织造的丝织物，停机档一直是主要疵病之一，产生停机档的因素不外乎两类，一是织机因素，实践证明，Ｃ／４０１织机的因素的影响可以忽略，二是原料因素，本文应用灰色关联分析法指出停机时间应控制在５ｍｉｎ以内，才不至对织物外观造成疵病，并得出停机档位移量与停机档外观的变化规律一致的结论。

The weft bars are the main fabric defects on the silk fabric on flexible rapier loom. Their appearing is related to loom and material properties. It has been proved that the reason lying in C/401 loom can be ignored. The reason lying in material has been studied now. The conclusion has been made that C/401 flexible rapier loom stopping time should be under 5 min and the variety of displacement of weft bar is in accordance with that of appearance of weft bar.
