城市传统车辆与飞轮节能车辆燃油经济性能分析与仿真 被引量:1

摘要 针对城市用车辆的行驶条件,对城市用传统车辆与带有飞轮节能动力传动系统的车辆的燃油经济性能进行分析与仿真,指出城市用传统车辆的燃油浪费,主要是由于车辆的频繁制动、发动机负荷不合理、长时间的发动机怠速运转及循环行驶过程中非最佳速度状态造成,消除或减少这些浪费必须更新或改进传统的动力传动系统,并对其动力传递规律进行控制。ZK141A公共汽车改进前后仿真结果表明,传统车辆的燃油浪费率和改进车辆的节油率随行驶循环次数以较大梯度递增,在中国城市公共汽车行驶条件下,传统车辆的燃油浪费率达54.3%,改进车辆的节油率达35.1%。 Considering the work environment of the city vehicles, the analysis and simulation for fuel economic charactor were made of the traditional vehicles and vehicles with flywheel power transmission system. It is assumed that the fuel waste of the traditional vehicle is mainly caused by the frequent brake, the unrational loads of engine, the long idle running and the bad velocity state in periodical working process. In order to eliminate or decrease the fuel waste, the power transmission system must be improved and controled. By the simulation of ZK141A city vehicle, it is obtained that the velocity gradient of tranditional vehicle about fuel waste is greater than that of the imporved one. The results show that the fuel waste than that of the imporved one. The results show that the fuel waste ratio about the traditional one is 54.3% and the improved one is 35.1%.
