摘要
教学改革是提高教学质量的基本途径。它的实施及成败与校长的行为直接相关。与以规范教学过程、维持教学秩序稳定为特征的日常教学管理行为不同,教学改革中的校长行为体现为一种以引导、影响、支持等为主要方式的领导行为。在教学改革中校长需要采取有效的领导策略,影响和保障改革的实施,才能实现提高教学质量的改革目标。通过对有关校长培训研讨交流资料的提炼加工,本文提出了若干教学改革的领导策略。
Reform is the foundamental way of upgrading the quality of schooling , whose implementation and accomplishment are directly connected with the response of the headmaster. Different from daily operation that is characterized by normalizing teaching process and keeping it stable and orderly, the headmasters' response in schooling reform may manifest themselves as guiding,affecting and supporting which are the major ways for instruction. In the process of schooling reform a headmaster needs to garantee the implementation of the reform so that the goal of upgrading the quality of schooling is realized on the basis of materials from seminars and conferences on headmaster treaning. Some administrative strategies are given about schooling reform by this essay.
