On Diagnosis and Treatment of Entrance of the Materials of Hepatic Echinococcosis Cyst into Common Bile Duct

目的：探讨肝包虫囊肿破入胆总管的诊断和治疗。方法：回顾性分析笔者医院1984-2007年收治的肝包虫囊肿破入胆道13例临床资料。结果：13例全部采取手术治疗，本组病人全部治愈。结论：肝包虫囊肿破入胆总管的诊断在当今先进影像学设备的支持下不太困难，及时的手术介入及手术要点的掌握是治疗成功的关键。

Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment of entrance of the materials of hepatic echinococcosis cyst into common bile duct.Methods： Making a retrospective analysis on clinical materials of 13 cases of hepatic echinococcosis cyst into common bile duct in our hospital from 1984 to 2007.Results： 13 cases were all treated with surgery and all were cured.Conclusion： Surgery is important in the treatment of entrance of the materials of hepatic echinccoccosis cyst into common bile duct.
