摘要
目的:探讨支气管哮喘患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF—α)水平的动态变化和检测的临床意义。方法:对30例患者经中药治疗前后及26名正常对照者,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中上述三种细胞因子的含量。结果:血清IL-2水平在急性发作期患者为(10.2±3.2)ng/ml,明显低于正常对照组(24.8±11.5)ng/ml,P〈0.01,缓解期增至(20.9±5.4)ng/ml,与正常对照组差异无显著性(P〉0.05);血清IL-8水平在急性发作期患者为(1085±503)ng/ml,明显高于正常对照组(189±71)ng/ml,P〈0.01,缓解期降至(212±115)ng/ml,与正常对照组差异无显著性(P〉0.05);哮喘发作期TNF—α水平(207.34±31.29))ng/ml,明显高于对照组[(163.48±32.17)mg/ml,(P〈0.01)],哮喘缓解期TNF-α水平(201.65±33.08)ng/ml高于对照组(P〈0.05),发作期TNF—α水平高于缓解期,但差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:检测血清中IL-2、IL-8和TNF—α7水平变化是判断支气管哮喘病情变化的有益指标。
Objective: To investigate dynamic changes of interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) and interlenkin- 8 (IL - 8) and tumor necrotic factor- α (TNF- α) levels in serum of patients with bronchial and their clinical significance.Methods: The serum IL- 2 and IL - 8 and TNF - α levels were determined in 30 patients during acute phase and after disappearance of symptoms and 26 normal controls by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .Results: The serum IL-2 level in patients during acute phase was (10.2 ±3.2) ng/ml, it was significantly lower than that of the control group (24.8± 11.5) ng/ml, p〈0.01, and it increased to (20.9 ± 5.4) ng/ml in the stable phase, there was no significant difference between the stable phase and the control group (p〉0.05) . The serum IL-8 level in patients during acute phase was (1085 ± 506) ng/ml, it was significantly higher than that of the control group [ (189 ± 71) ng/ml, p〈0.01], and it reduced to (212 ± 115) ng/ml in the stable phase, no significant difference between the stable phase and the control group was found (p〉0.05) . The serum TNF- α level in patients during acute phase was (207.34 ± 31.29) ng/ml, it was significantly higher than of the control group [ (163.48 ± 32.17) ng/ml, p〈 0.01 ], and the serum TNF - α level in the stable phase was (201.65 ± 32.17) ng/ml, it was significantly higher than in the control group (p〈0.05), no significant difference between the stable phase and the acute phase was found (p〉0.05) .Conclusion: There is some clinical value to determine the dynamic changes of IL- 2 and IL- 8 levels in patient with bronchial asthma.
