北京地铁新线开通的实践与思考

Practice and Consideration for the Open of New Lines in Beijing Metro

针对近年北京地铁新老线开通的特点,北京地铁制定了新线开通的总体目标,建立了运营筹备管理创新体系,确保了新线的高水平开通,保障了奥运运输任务的完成。文章结合实践进行了总结与思考。

According to the characteristics of the new and old lines opened in recent years,Beijing Metro sets down the general goal for the open of new lines,establishes management innovative system for operation preparation,ensures the open of new line with high level,guarantees the accomplishment of Olympic transport mission.The summary and consideration are drawn combining with the practice in this paper.
