摘要 应用阳离子可染聚酯(CDP)与聚酯和聚乙二醇(PET-PEG)嵌段共聚物共混纺丝,制得一种新型改性涤纶纤维。该纤维在染色性、吸湿性和抗静电等方面比纯CDP纤维有很大提高。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X-射线衍射、热收缩和声速等测试,获得了共混纤维结晶和取向的特征及规律,从而揭示了共混纤维结构与性能之间的关系。 A new kind of modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fiber was firstly made using cation dyeable polyester (CDP) and polyethylene terephthalate-polyethylene glycol (PET-PEG) block copolymer to mix together and spin. This kind of new fiber has much better dyeing ability, moisture picking up ability and antistatic ability than pure CDP fiber. Differential Scanning Caorimeter (DSC), Wide Angle X ray Diffraction (WAX), Heat Contraction and Sound-Velocity Meter were used to characterize the crystallization and oricntation feature of the blend fiber. So the relation between the structure and property of the blend fiber was revealed.
