THE THEORETICAL METHOD OF SOLVING THE RELATION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND ENTERPRISES IN STATE ENTERPRISE'S REFORM

结合国有企业改革实际，从理论上分析了改革时存在的问题，并从管理技术上提出了政府对企业管理的数学模型和方法，这对解决政府与企业关系有重要意义。

This paper analysed questions of state enterprise's reform practice, and give out the maths model and method of goverment's administration of enterprises. All above are very important for solving the relation between government and state enterprises.
