建筑节能已成为世界建筑界共同关注的一个热点课题。对于既有公共建筑的节能改造不仅可以有效降低建筑能耗,还能改善建筑外部环境和内部的健康舒适度,从而提高人们的生活和工作水平,因此是一项具有重要意义的工作。该文结合国内外既有公共建筑节能研究的进展,分析了我国的建筑能耗现状和既有公共建筑节能改造的意义,从使用者、设计方和政府三方面确保我国既有公共建筑的节能改造工作的顺利开展。

Architectural energy-saving has become a hotspot in the world. Energy-saving for the existing public buildings could not only reduce energy consumption effectively, but also improve both outdoor environment and indoor healthy comfort to advance the quality of life and work, so it is a work of great significance. Combining with study process on energy-saving renovation for existing public buildings at home and abroad, this article analyzes the status of energy consumption in China and its significance to hope that the renovation work could be done smoothly through the cooperation of users, designers and government.
