层次分析法在西安市城隍庙街区更新与改造规划设计方案比选中的应用

Application of AHP in Scheme Evaluation of City Temple District Reconstruction Planning in Xi'an City

作者通过调研发现西安市城隍庙街区存在居住环境恶化、商业活力下降、文物亟待保护等问题。针对存在的问题,该文以系统的观点来认识城隍庙街区更新与改造规划设计的影响因素,并运用层次分析法评价比较,最终优选出规划设计方案。此案例说明层次分析法在方案比选中具有可操作性,使方案比选结果更具科学性、客观性。

Through investigating and researching, the author finds that there are some problems in Xi＇an City Temple District, such as living surrounding worsening, commercial vitality declining, and relics urgently needing protection. Aiming at these problems, this article systematically comprehends the factors of City Temple District Reconstruction Planning, applies the AHP in evaluation, and finally chooses the better scheme. This case testifies that the AHP is operable in scheme evaluation, which could make the result more scientific and objective.
