Socialism New Countryside Planning in Xi'an

新农村规划有别于城市的开发规划,其有效实施性更为重要。该文提出应摒弃以往注重成果蓝图的思想,把重点放在政策的引导上,延展规划过程,转换规划师角色,有针对性地进行新农村规划,使其具有实效性。

Different from urban planning, the effective actualization is more important to new countryside planning. This article proposes that we should abandon the thoughts paying more attention to effect pictures, put emphasis on the policy guidance, extend the planning process, transform the planner＇ s role, and carry on the new countryside planning intentionally so as to make the planning effective.
