The project of Chemnitz Stadium is an important connecting link in the development of Cecil Balmond＇s design thoughts. This article thoroughly analyzes evolvement of the project from five aspects： pattern, configuration, structure, algorithm and significance, and then interprets Cecil Balmond and his thoughts.
