摘要
随着我国经济高速增长和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,以城市化为标志的城市建设进程也逐步加快,城市集约化和可持续已经成为主题。该文通过对大型建设项目对地价影响的论述,阐述了大型建设项目在城市经营过程和阶段的作用,指出市场经济条件下,大型建设项目是政府调控和引导城市建设的重要工具。
With economy rapidly developing and Socialist Market Economic System gradually established, urban construction marked by urbanization is also accelerated, and intensive and sustainable city has become the theme. Through discussing the impact of large-scale construction projects on land price, this article expounds their effects in urban management process and each phase, and points out that it is an important tool of government to control and guide the urban construction under market economy conditions.
