开拓思维繁荣文化,旨在就当前教育、科学研究存在的问题,提出强化文化素养的方法。该文从狠抓教育不正之风、端正科学研究方向、强化传统文化素养三个方面,指出其与开拓思维繁荣文化的内在联系,以祈从中得到某种启迪。

Opening up thinking and flourishing culture is for the purpose to propose methods for strengthening cultural accomplishment according to problems existing in current education and science study. This article points out the inner relations between the theme and three aspects as rectifying unhealthy tendencies in education, correcting orientation of science study and strengthening traditional cultural accomplishment in order to get some inspirations.
