摘要
本文把现代企业作为一个动态开放式人造系统,对企业转换经营机制的目标要求、企业经营机制的内涵及其机制体系进行了较为深入地探索,提出企业经营机制是以利益机制为核心的,并由利益机制、决策机制、动力机制,约束机制、发展机制及相对应的若干二级子机制构成的庞大体系。该文着重于企业转换经营机制的理论研究。
The article regards the modern enterprise as a dynamic,open and manmade system.It makes more deeper research into the purpose and requirement 、 content and mechanism system of changing operational mechanism within enterprises and points out that the benefit mechanism is the core. It also points out the great system is made up of five mechanisms such as ,benefit mechanism, policymaking mechanism, power mechanism,binding mechanism, developing mechanism etc. It emphasizes the study of how to change the operational mechanism , which will promote an enterprise to be more aware of the importance of changing mechanism.
