摘要
"顾客满意"在2000版质量体系中处于显著位置,结合我院实际工作简要分析了顾客满意度调查在质量管理体系中的作用、方法及意义。
"Customer Satisfaction" be in notable location in the 2000 version of the quality system, this paper analyzes the customer satisfaction survey in the quality management system in the role, methods and significance, combined with our hospital to do the actual work of the brief.
