摘要
我国企业文化建设，不仅要学习与借鉴发达国家的先进经验，更要结合我国的具体国情，把企业文化建设融入到社会主义精神文明建设中去，促进两个根本性转变与精神文明建设，努力创建具有中国特色的社会主义企业文化。
In the construction of enterprise culture,it is necessary not only to learn from the advanced experience of the developed countries but also to comline the construction of enterprise culture with the noeialist culture and ideology in accosdance with the conerete condstions of our country,so as to promote two casdinal changes and socialist culture and ideology to create socialist enterprise culture with Chinese characterestics.
