腹腔镜肝脓肿引流术的临床体会

Clinical experience on drainage of liver abscess under Laparoscopy

目的探讨腹腔镜肝脓肿引流术的方法及临床效果。方法对直径>3cm、位置浅的19例肝脓肿行腹腔镜切开引流术。结果19例均获得成功,痊愈出院,无脓肿残留及复发。结论腹腔镜肝脓肿引流术能达到开腹肝脓肿引流术的效果,引流彻底充分,无腹腔及切口感染,手术创伤小,手术视野良好,创口可以不缝合,出血少,术后患者所受痛苦轻,恢复快,对肠道影响小,是治疗肝脓肿的有效方法。

Objective To discuss the methods and clinical effect of drainage of liver abscess under laparoscopy. Methods 19 cases of liver abscess which diameter was under 3 cm and location was external were drained by laparoscopy. Results The surgery was successful and the patients recovered well. The abscess had no remnant and never relapse. Conclusions The effect of drainage of liver abscess under laparoscopy was equivalent as open surgery. Drainage was exhaustiveced without infection of abdomen and incision which was so small. The visual field of the surgery was all right and incision could be without suture and bleeding was so little. The patients recovered rapidly and had less pain and had little gastrointestinal interference. So drainage under laparoscopy was effective and safe surgical methods to treat liver abscess.
