苦豆子生物总碱的成分分析及提取工艺的研究

A Study on Extraction Process and Composition Analysis about Total Alkaloids in S.alopecuroides L.

对苦豆子的豆籽、茎、荚、根中的生物碱分别进行了提取和薄层层析分析，结果发现在本实验条件下，豆籽和豆荚中都含９种生物碱，茎含１种，根含５种生物碱。

Extraction process and composition analysis about total alkaloids in bean、legume、beanstalk and base of S.alopecuroides L.were discussed.As a result with this experiment condition,there are nine kinds of alkaloids in bean and beanstalk,one kind in legume and five kinds in base.The content of alkaloids of bean is the highest than others.
