新品系猪磷酸肌酸激酶活力变化与分析

Variation and Analysis of New Lines Pig's Activity of Creatine Phosphokinase

测定和分析了３个世代、４个品系的新疆瘦肉型新品系猪血清磷酸肌酸激酶（ＣＰＫ）活力及变化。结果表明，新品系猪ＣＰＫ活力正常参考值为：公猪１２５．３±２３．０（ＩＵ／Ｌ），母猪１１２．７±２４．９（ＩＵ／Ｌ）。公母猪之间ＣＰＫ活力差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），该酶活力不受性别影响。比较了各世代不同品系之间ＣＰＫ活力，差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），该酶活力不随品系差异而变化。比较了各品系不同世代之间ＣＰＫ活力，差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示新品系猪经过３个世代的连续选择，瘦肉性状与ＣＰＫ活力存在密切的相关性。

Four lines of Xijiang leanmeat pig's three generation's activity and variation of creatine phosphokinase(CPK) were tested.The result showed,the nomal parameters of new lines pig's activity of CPK were:boars 125.3±23.0(IU/L),sows 112.7±24.9(IU/L).The activity of CPK between sexuality wasn't significent(〖WT5BX]P>0.05),and between the different lines,it wasn't significent(〖WT5BX]P>0.05),and indicated the activity of CPK if unvaried among lines.The activity of CPK of each line's different generation were highly significent(〖WT5BX]P<0.01),the activity of CPK tend to improve from 0 generation to 3nd generation.Through 3 years selection,the new lines pig's leanmeat percentage improved progressively.
