摘要
目的了解综合医院医生在职培训情况及存在问题,提出对策,为指导医院医生在职培训提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法对两所综合医院在岗医生进行问卷调查。调查内容包括医生的年龄、学历、职称等一般状况,近三年接受培训的次数、培训累计时间、培训方式、培训后的效果、培训中存在的问题等。资料采用SPSS软件并进行统计分析。结果被调查的174名医务人员中,近3年内接受培训人数为70人,受培训率为40.2%。培训中存在的问题主要有重视不够、流于形式、时间短、缺乏实践、不实用、学非所用,没有书本和讲义等。结论医生在职培训重视不够,培训中存在的问题较多,建议医院管理者重视医生继续教育,完善医务人员在职培训和继续教育制度,不断提高各级各类医务人员的素质,为患者提供满意的医疗服务,促进卫生事业健康发展。
Objective To understand problems in the training of clinical doctors and provide with countermeaures. Methods The cluster sampling design was used according to the numbers of doctors. A questionnaire was distributed to each participant for collecting their views of continuing education. Results The number of doctors who accepted continuing training accounted for 40. 2%. The number of doctors who accepted the training accounted for 40. 2%. The main problems of continuing training for nu.rses and doctors at hospitals were lack of attention from hospital managers; less training hours than necessary; inappropriate training con- tents; shortage of books and other training materials. Conclusion Suggestions for resolving the problems above include paying more attention to the continuing training for doctors, implementing the regulations of continuing training,reforming the training methods, and so on.
