左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性轻中度高血压疗效观察

目的观察左旋氨氯地平降低原发性轻中度高血压的疗效。方法对符合条件的98例高血压患者,1次/d口服左旋氨氯地平2.5 mg,服药2、4、6、8周后,分别测定患者的血压、心率。结果98例高血压患者治疗8周后,收缩压、舒张压平均降幅分别为24.0 mm Hg、13.1 mm Hg,服药8周后与服药前相比,收缩压、舒张压的降低差异均有显著性(P<0.05),降压总有效率为83.5%。心率较基线时慢,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平降压疗效较好,值得推广应用。
