骨刺熏蒸剂提取工艺的研究

Study on the extraction process of guci fumigating liquor

目的研究骨刺熏蒸剂的最佳提取工艺。方法正交设计优化处方有效成分挥发油的提取工艺;煎煮部分,制定多种方案,通过HPLC测定阿魏酸含量从而选取最佳工艺。结果优选提取挥发油的工艺:加6倍量水,浸泡1 h,蒸馏6 h;煎煮工艺:提取挥发油后过滤出药渣与药液,将不含挥发油的中药(桑枝)与药渣合并进行煎煮,煎煮1次,1 h。药液与提取挥发油后过滤液合并。结论优选得到的提取工艺简便易行。

Objective To research the the best extraction process of Guci Fumigating Liquor; Methods For the extraction of essential oil, we optimize the extraction for the essential oil by the orthogonal design and get the best extraction technology. For the technology of decoction, we choose the best design by the deterruination of Ferulic acid by means of HPLC. Results Optimization of the volatile oil extraction technology to add six-fold in water, soak 1 hour, distillation six hours; decoction process：after the extraction of volatile oil, filtration, then mixed the filtration reside with the herbs not excluding volatile oil （eg. ramulus mori）, the mix is decocted for 1 hour , by one time. The extraction liquid mixed with the filter liquid of extraction essential oil. Conclusions This optimized process is simple , stable and efficient.
