参芪扶正注射液(SFPS)对抗肿瘤过程中K562细胞的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨参芪扶正注射液(SFPS)对人红白血病细胞株K562细胞在接受抗肿瘤治疗过程中的影响。方法将人红白血病细胞株K562细胞传代培养至生长对数期,分为两组分别用长春新碱(VCR)和长春新碱(VCR)加参芪扶正注射液(SFPS)进行处理,并设置空白对照组。用MTT比色法观察用参芪扶正注射液(SFPS)处理后抗肿瘤药物长春新碱(VCR)对K562细胞生长的抑制作用;在电镜下直接观察参芪扶正注射液(SFPS)与长春新碱(VCR)联用后对K562细胞的作用;硝基四氮唑(nitroblue tetrazolium,NBT)还原能力测定试验检测分化指标。结果MTT比色法测定显示,参芪扶正注射液(SF-PS)与抗肿瘤药物长春新碱(VCR)联用后可抑制K562细胞增殖并提高其对抗肿瘤药物的敏感性。结论参芪扶正注射液与抗肿瘤药物联用能够抑制体外培养的K562细胞增殖并促进其凋亡,提高其对抗肿瘤药物的敏感性。 Objective To investigate the effects of SFPS on acceptance of anti-tumor therapy human erythroleukemia cell line K562. Methods Human erythroleukemia cell line K562 was subcuhured to its logarithmic growth phase , one group was put into SFPS of different concentrations,the other was put into VCR and SFPS of different concentrations. A blank control group was set. The growth inhibition of K562 cell cultured in vitro was evaluated by using MTr colorimetric assay. K562 cells incubated with VCR and SFPS of different concentrations were determined by electron microscope. The differentiation index was detected by nitroblue tetrazo- lium(NBT) test assay. Results The MTr colorimetric assay indicated that SFPS units VCR could inhibit the growth and Improve the sensibility of anti-tumour medicine. Conclusion SFPS units Anti-tumour medicine had an effect on the inhibition of cell growth and inducement of apoptosis in a K562 cell line cultured in vitro, and also can improve the sensibility of Anti-tumour medicine.
