脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后常见并发症及处理

Analysis of ventricle-abdominis bypass of hydrencephaly and its complication prevention

目的分析脑积水脑室-腹腔分流术后常见并发症及防治对策。方法对1997年12月至2007年12月经CT/MR检查证实并作脑室-腹腔分流术的脑积水住院病例进行回顾性分析。结果43例脑室-腹腔分流术后病例有20例出现了并发症占46.5%,其中分流管堵塞12例,合并切口感染3例,颅内感染2例,腹腔感染1例,合并硬膜下血肿2例,其中死亡1例。结论脑积水V-P分流术后分流管堵塞是与术式相关的主要术后并发症。

Objective To analyze the common complication of ventricle-abdominis bypass in hydrocephalus and its preventible strategy. Methods Retrospective study was done to 43 patients with ventricle-abdominis bypass in hydrocephalus from December 1997 to December 2007, based on the verification of CT/MRI. Results In 43 cases of postop hydrocephalus, twenty patients had complications and its proportion was 46. 5% . Of complication cases, there were 12 of shunt blockage, 3 of cut infection, 2 of intracal infection, 1 of abdominis infection,2 of meninx fibrosa dropsy, and one case of those patients was dead. Conclusions Shunt blockage is the main complication of ventricle-abdominis bypass in hydrocephalus.
