摘要
通过对五种基因型玉米在授粉后30天内籽粒灌浆过程的研究,认为不同类型的玉米籽粒灌浆差异主要表现在量上。普通玉米、糯性玉米的灌浆速度快,强度大,失水也快;甜玉米相对地灌浆速度慢,失水也慢。授粉后10~20天是各类型玉米籽粒鲜重、干重增加的最大时期。灌浆过程中,鲜重、干重和水分的变化都表现出“慢-快-慢”的“S”形生长曲线。
In field experiment,five genotypes maize(Zea mays L.),Sc704(hybrid maize).BW(wxwx,Zea mays endasperm glutinous),H2(sh 2sh 2,Zea mays endasperm shrunken),C 2(bt1bt1,Zea mays endasperm sugary) and 30/33(su 1su 1,Zea mays endasperm sugary)were artificial self crossed.Sampled 6 times at 5d interval with 3-5 ears every time in each cell.Determine the fresh weight,dry weight,water and starch concentration of kernels taken 30 respectively from upper ,mid and lower part of the ears.Results showed that the major difference of grain filling among five genotypes maize was the quantity of milk filled into the ear.The rate of grain filling in maize and glutinous maize was rapid,intensity of that was strong and water losing was rapid too.Comparitively,either rate of grain filling or water losing in sweet maize was slower.During the grain filling period,the changes of fresh weight,dry weight,volume and water losing in five genotypes expressed a “slow-fast-slow”growth curve like the letter“S”
