地方高校是区域发展的"服务器",人力资源和科研是服务区域发展的基石,要通过产学研战略的选择,找准社会服务的路径,实现科学发展。
Local university is the server of the regional development. Human resources and scientific research is the foundation in serving the regional development. It should choose the suitable strategies of enterprise--university--research and find out the path of the social service to realize the scientific development.
