改革传统的教学模式，将课堂搬到车间，运用项目教学法进行《车工工艺》教学，能有效地促进学生间的互动；在教学过程中能充分激发学生的学习积极性，使互相学习，互相帮助，团结协作不再只是一句空话，而是在学生的学习过程中无声地形成。
