Report on Building Deyang into Western-China Vocational Education Base and Related Financial Support Strategy

加速中国西部职教基地建设，将给西部地区经济社会带来空前的发展机遇和提供众多的就业与再就业机会，该研究报告在分析了国内职教形势的基础上，结合德阳经济，资源，区位环境条件，深入研究了德阳建设中国西部职教基地的重要性，必要性与可行性及面临的制约因素与薄弱环节，针对性地提出德阳建设中国西部职教基地的六条对策建议与金融支持策略。

The acceleration of western vocational education base development will bring unparalleled development opportunity to western region and provide considerable employment and reemployment possibilities. Based on study of present situation of Chlna~ vocational education, and combining conditions of economy, resources and location of Deyang, this article analyzes the significance, necessity and feasibility of building Deyang into Western - China Vocational Education Base. It also points out some restrictions and weaknesses, suggesting six countermeasures and fi- nancial support strategy to bring forward the program.
