重型机夹初刀广泛应用于重型机械制造中，通过对其常见结构的分析与研究，发现刀片锁紧结构存在松卸困难，研死，锁紧不稳固等缺陷，利用楔挤正交原理对锁紧结构进行了创新设计。

Heavy machine clamp cutters are widely used in heavy machinery manufacture. Through analysis and study of the structure, the author discovered flaws in the tool loeklng strueture such as： difficulty of unloading; tightly locking and so on. Orthogonal wedge principle is employed to innovate the locking structure and it has turned out to be effective in praetieal application.
