摘要
针对本院使用的生产型仪器——HS616c数字超声波探伤仪在检测焊缝时常出现的对缺陷定位不准确,甚至误判进行了分析,提出必须成分考虑声速带来的影响。才能对显示的回波作出准确判断。
When using ultrasonic testing instrument -Type HS616e -to detect the workpiece, the location of the discontinuity can be assured according to the echo infinity level on the screen. However, due to the spreading of the ultrasonic beam, the differences in the shape and orientation of the discontinuity always lead to the inaccurate loca- tion of the discontinuity, or even wrong judgment, ple is employed to innovate the locking structure and it has turned out to be effective in practical application.
