摘要
以自制的纳米固体超强酸 SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3作催化剂,水杨酸和异辛醇为原料,通过微波辐射加热合成了水杨酸异辛酯。试验得到催化合成的最优反应条件如下:水杨酸0.01 mol,异辛醇0.03 mol,纳米固体超强酸 SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3 催化剂用量为41.4 mg,微波辐射功率350 W,微波辐射15 min。在此条件下,酯化率达98.8%。
Under the condition of microwave irradiation, iso - octyl salicylate was synthesized from salicylic acid and 2 -ethyl hexanol with nanometer solid superacid SO4^2-/Fe2O3 as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: salicylic acid 0. 01 mol, 2 - ethyl hexanol 0. 03 mol, the dosage of catalyst was 41.4 mg, microwave power was 350 W,irradiation time was 15 min. The yield of the ester was 98.8% under the conditions.
