摘要
以壳聚糖和改性蒙脱土为原料,制备了改性蒙脱土与壳聚糖复合吸附剂。考察了复合吸附剂用量、显色剂双硫腙用量、溶液pH、反应温度及反应时间对 Cu^(2+)吸附率的影响。结果表明,在复合吸附剂用量0.4 mL,吸附时间30 min,显色剂用量1.5 mL,溶液 pH 5.5~6.5,Cu^(2+)浓度(0.1~0.5)×10^(-3)mg·mL^(-1),反应温度60℃的条件下,复合吸附剂对 Cu^(2+)的吸附率可达90%以上。
Modified montmorillonite clay -chitosan compounded adsorbent was prepared from chitosan and modified montmoriUonite clay as raw material and the effects of dosage of compounded absorbent and diphenylthiocarbazone as developer, pH of solution, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the absorbing behaviors towards Cu^2+ were examined. The result showed that the adsorption rate of compounded absorbent towards Cu^2+ was over 90% under the conditions as follows: adsorbent 0.4 mL,adsorption time 30 min,diphenylthiocarbazone 1.5 mL, pH 5.5 -6.5 ,the concentration of Cu^2+ (0.1 -0.5) × 10^-3 mg/mL,reaction temperature 60 ℃.
