摘要
研究了膨胀珍珠岩与玻化微珠复合骨料颗粒级配对保温砂浆工作性能、力学性能、保温性能以及耐久性的影响。结果表明,骨料级配对保温砂浆的工作性能和力学性能影响较大。当膨胀珍珠岩与玻化微珠比例各为50%时,保温砂浆的力学性能和耐久性能最好;当膨胀珍珠岩比例为30%时,保温砂浆的保温性最佳。合理的骨料级配能有效提高保温砂浆的强度,并改善砂浆的工作性能和耐久性能。
Study is made on influence of expanded perlite-vitrified microsphere composite aggregate grain grading upon workability, mechanical property, thermal insulation and durability of thermal insulation mortar. The results show that the aggregate grading has great imfluence on workability and mechanical property of thermal insulation mortar. When the proportion of expanded perlite and vitrified microsphere is 50% for each, the mechanical property and durability of thermal insulation mortar are the best;when the proportion of expanded perlite is 30%, thermal insulation property of the mortar is the optimal. Reasonable aggregate grading can effectively increase the strength of thermal insulation mortar and improve its workability and durability.
