摘要
选取乙酸乙酯∶乙醇为1∶1(体积比)的80%水溶液作为提取溶剂,对影响塔拉单宁超声波辅助极性分离的关键因素进行了研究。研究结果表明,塔拉单宁超声波辅助极性分离的最佳条件为:提取温度40℃,提取时间25 min,超声频率36 KHz,在此条件下得到的分离产物的抗氧化性和总酚含量提高,分子量降低,溶剂回收率在80%以上。
This paper studied on the key factors of the polarity separation for tara tannin assisted by ultrasonic wave with 80% aqueous solution of ethyl acetate (ethanol for 1(1 as extraction solvent. The results indicated that the best extracted conditions was 40 ℃, 25 rain and 36 KHz, with which the extracted products have the strongest antioxidative activities, the molecular weight decrease,and solvent recovery above 80%.
